What Swiss Made Means
The legal definition of Swiss Made for watches, and how Arvell Watches applies it.
"Swiss Made" on a watch dial is a legally protected designation, defined by the Swiss "Swissness" legislation and the ordinance governing the use of "Switzerland" for watches. In short, a watch may carry the designation when its movement is Swiss, the movement is cased up in Switzerland, the manufacturer carries out final inspection in Switzerland, and at least 60 % of manufacturing costs are generated in Switzerland.

How Arvell applies it
All current Corvin references are Swiss Made: Ronda movements, casing and final inspection in Zürich. Historical references sold before 2022 partly carried the designation "Swiss Movement" instead - the difference is explained in Swiss Made vs Swiss Movement, and each reference's designation is listed in its datasheet.
