5-year warranty terms, 30-day returns, and how the service process works.
Warranty - 5 years
All current references carry a 5-year international warranty (industry standard is 2). Covered: movement defects, water ingress at rated resistance with intact gaskets, dial and hand defects, manufacturing faults. Not covered: wear (scratches, strap ageing, battery), damage from misuse, work by unauthorised third parties during the warranty period.
Archive references sold before 2019 carried the then-standard 2-year warranty - the datasheet of each reference states its terms.
Returns - 30 days
Unworn watches with intact protection foils: 30 days, full refund, return label provided. Sized bracelets are fine; removed links must be included.
Service process
- Contact service@arvell.example with serial number and issue
- Prepaid, insured shipping label within 24 h
- Diagnosis and quote within 5 working days of arrival
- Warranty work: free, including return shipping. Out of warranty: work starts only after you approve the quote
